The Tax Accountant is responsible for managing the company's tax compliance, preparing tax declarations, and ensuring that all tax obligations are fulfilled in accordance with local regulations.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and other applicable taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax payments in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
- Maintain tax records, invoices, and supporting documents.
Tax Finalization & Audit
- Prepare documentation for tax finalization and tax inspections.
- Support internal and external audits related to tax matters.
- Reconcile tax accounts and ensure tax balances are accurate.
Accounting & Documentation
- Review accounting documents, invoices, and transactions to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Record and monitor tax-related transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage and archive tax documents and reports properly.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure company operations comply with current tax regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and relevant government agencies when necessary.
Tax Planning & Advisory
- Identify tax risks and propose tax optimization strategies.
- Provide tax-related advice to management and internal departments.
Report To The Tax Manager Of The Company.
