General Accountant

This is a full-time on-site General Accountant role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The General Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and processing tax filings. The role involves monitoring budgets, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for operations and management is a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and preparing financial statements
• Skills in accounting software and advanced use of tools like Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and audit processes
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification and familiarity with property development are advantageous
