Account Manager (Planning and Clients Management) - Agency Partnership

As an Account Manager at AWING, you will leverage the understanding of how agencies plan, pitch and invest in media, and use that expertise to influence media decisions, translate clients marketing objectives into relevant advertising solutions, and integrate AWING into media plan.

1. Agency Partnership & Media Planning

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across leading media agencies, preferably Big4 global agencies in Vietnam, including Account Management, Media Planning, and Digital teams.
• Collaborate with agency teams to translate campaign objectives and audience insights into relevant advertising recommendations.
• Develop media proposals and pitch AWING's solutions as part of integrated or multichannel media plans.

2. Campaign Management & Performance Optimization

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and booking to execution, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign review.
• Align agency and internal teams to deliver agreed timelines, budgets, and campaign KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to drive renewals and future opportunities.

3. Account Growth & Commercial Management

• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and budget expansion across the agency portfolio.
• Develop account growth opportunities based on agency priorities, upcoming campaigns, and AWING's role in their media mix.
• Manage bookings, budgets, commercial documentation, and payment follow-ups while maintaining accurate account records.
  

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in advertising, media, or marketing, particularly in Account Management, Client Service, Media Planning, Integrated Planning, Digital Planning, or Campaign Management, preferably working with big agency clients.
• A good understanding of the advertising campaign lifecycle, from client briefing and media planning to campaign execution and performance evaluation.
• English: Proficient in English for professional communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.5); Strong speaking skill is a plus.
• Sales & Communication: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and business development skills.
• Mindset & Skills: Proactive, resourceful, persistent, and comfortable with hunting for new business
  

Unlimited income potential includes:

• Benefit: Salary VND 15–23 million/month + attractive incentives, negotiable based on experience.
