YOUR ROLE

1. Act as the main point of contact for major clients (FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, etc.) — from brief intake to strategy, execution, and wrap-up.
2. Lead the development of influencer marketing campaigns that are insight-driven, aesthetically sharp, and results-oriented.
3. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, KOLs, Media, Production) to deliver seamless, high-quality executions.
4. Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 Account Executives to ensure strong day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.
5. Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to long-term client retention and growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. 5+ years in Account Management or Influencer Marketing, preferably from a creative or integrated agency background.
2. Proven experience working with well-known brands and managing multi-layered campaigns.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable pitching to clients and navigating complex feedback.
4. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance client goals, brand identity, and influencer fit.
5. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
6. A plus if you have an existing network of influencers/KOLs or client-side relationships.
