Account Management Executive - Team Banking & Finance

• Monthly income: 15M – 20M VND + Incentive + Bonus

• Manage and optimize campaigns in the Banking & Finance industry, including Consumer Loans, Fintech, Banking Apps, Stock Investment, etc.
• Work with major clients such as Techcombank, MB Bank, VPBank, VPS, and other financial partners.
• Analyze campaign data, identify problems and develop improvement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Follow the optimization process: Data Analysis → Problem Identification → Improvement Plan → Client Proposal → Execution → Performance Evaluation.
• Develop Affiliate Marketing strategies beyond traditional paid advertising channels to improve campaign performance and competitiveness.
• Negotiate with clients to achieve better campaign conditions for clients, Publishers and the company.
• Work closely with Publisher Management, Customer Service, Technical and Marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Agencies, Publishers, KOL/KOC and Media Partners to improve campaign exposure, traffic quality and conversion performance.

• 2–3 years of experience as an Account Management Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
• Experience in Agency, Media Booking or Livestream Operation is a plus.
• Familiar with Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and multi-platform Campaign Optimization.
• Good English is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Good marketing mindset and basic understanding of commercial business.
• Positive attitude and fast learner.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to work under pressure, quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions.
