3D Render & Visualize - 3DsMax, Photoshop, Vray (HCM)

3D Rendering & Visualization Technicians are responsible for a range of modelling and rendering task for our global customers in the construction industry.Using the latest versions of rendering software, 3D Rendering & Visualization Technicians complete various tasks including full house walk-through videos and both internal and external renders that our customers use for sales and marketing purposes

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to accurately convert them into walk through videos
• Provide various internal and external images that include furniture and fittings
• Create 3D models of structural components to make onsite plan reading easier
• Participate in customer meetings to receive feedback on projects
• Modify files to adopt customer change requests
• Provide colour, furniture and lighting suggestions to meet the customers scope of works
• Provide feedback when 2 dimensional files have clashes, errors or incompatibilities that may cause construction issues when on site

Qualifications

Required software skills: 3DsMax, Vray, Photoshop

Preferred software skills:Enscape, Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD,Rhino, Lumion, Chaos Vantage...

Experience in leadership is a plus

Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
