Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage a team of 3 annotators, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with the client in English to relay updates, resolve issues, and implement feedback.
  • Monitor daily output, ensuring tasks are delivered within SLA.
  • Provide technical guidance, performance feedback to team members and adherence to project quality standards.

Hands-On Annotation Work

  • Align 360 construction site images with floor plans and BIM models.
  • Place and align anchor points to reduce spatial gaps between captures and drawings.
  • Receive and process assigned tasks from Client&aposs internal system.

Quality Assurance

  • Perform final checks on all team deliverables before delivery to the client.
  • Identify and correct misalignments, visual inconsistencies, or errors.
  • Uphold and improve accuracy benchmarks for the team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting architectural, civil, or interior design drawings. Experience with BIM tools or 3D modeling.Able to spot visual inconsistencies and misalignments quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Korean proficiency is a big plus (not mandatory).
  • Computer requirements (Applicant must provide their own equipment with equivalent performance): Mac: 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD || Windows: Intel i7-13650HX, RTX 4060, minimum 32GB RAM, SSD512GB SSD (minimum 32GB RAM, and a dedicated graphics card is required)

The computer must be able to load and process 3D models smoothly.
