Quotation Team Leader

Phu Thai Industries Company Limited, trading under the name Phu Thai Cat, is the sole authorized Vietnamese dealer for Caterpillar Inc., the worlds largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel, and natural gas engines since May 23, 2010. With a workforce of more than 400 employees, Phu Thai Cat combines local knowledge and international expertise. The company offers a complete product distribution network and comprehensive product support through an extensive facility network, including a Sales and Administration Office in Hanoi, three Product Support Centres in Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, and Dong Nai, along with eight site offices nationwide.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dong Nai, Vietnam for a Quotation Team Leader. The Quotation Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team in preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with sales and technical teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotations to clients, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional tasks include managing the quotation database, tracking and analyzing quotation metrics, and continually improving the quotation process.

• Experience in preparing and managing quotations, and coordinating with sales and technical teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure timely delivery of quotations
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing quotation metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dong Nai, Vietnam
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction or mining equipment industry is a plus
