Role Description The 3D Artist (Architect) will create high-quality architectural visualizations, including interiors, exteriors, and urban environments, to support real estate marketing content. Day-to-day tasks include 3D modeling of buildings and spaces, applying realistic textures and materials, setting up lighting for still images and animations, and preparing scenes for rendering. The role involves collaborating closely with photographers, videographers, and project managers to ensure 3D assets align with client requirements and creative direction. The 3D Artist (Architect) will also help integrate 3D content into VR/AR experiences and optimize models for performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Qualifications

Strong 3D Modeling skills for architectural environments and assets.
Proficiency in Texturing and Lighting to achieve realistic visual quality.
Experience using Blender or similar 3D software for production workflows.
Basic Rigging skills for simple object or camera animations, as needed.
Knowledge of VR/AR visualization or real-time rendering is an advantage.
Background in architecture, interior design, 3D design, or a related field.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and client briefs.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative studio environment.
