Job Description
Trách nhim chung (General duties)
- Support to CS team/ H tr B phn CS
- Cross checking information between the received sample and TRF; taking samples photos and record information in internal system: Daily worksheet/ Elims/ H tr CS team i chiu thông tin mãu nhn vi phiu ng ký ính kèm, chp hình mu và nhp các thông tin t phiu yêu cu kim nghim h thng ni b (Daily Work sheet/ Elims).
- Send daily report lists to all other department to ensure all reports are released to customer in time, avoid any missing report / Lp danh sách các báo cáo n hn phi gi hàng ngày cho các b phn liên quan theo dõi, nhm tránh thiu xót
- Create invoice template in Elims / H tr phát hành hóa n trên h thng Elims
- Cooperate with CS team to support complete purchasing process from subcontractors/ suppliers in COUPA system / H tr thc hin các thao tác thanh toán liên quan n nhà thu ph, nhà cung cp trên h thng COUPA
- Others/ Khác:
- Receive and send final contract; returned sample by courier / Nhn và gi hp ng, mu tr li khách hàng.
- Following up status of using stationery in CS team and arrange new purchasing when needed/ Theo dõi vic s dng và mua mi các loi vn phòng phm phc v cho công vic hàng ngày, h tr lu tr h s trong warehouse ngn np, gn gang.
- Support others admin tasks related to LEAN/ 5S or Company's general procedure.. when required/ H tr các công vic admin khác liên quan n LEAN/ 5S/ các qui trình chung ca công ty nu cn
Qualifications
Kinh nghim (Experiences): Fresh graduate or experienced in Customer Service or Administrator is an advantage/

Trình hc vn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Graduated from College
/Tt nghip Cao ng tr lên

/Ting Anh: c hiu tài liu, vit và Nói – C bn.
Khác (Others)
- Work independent, team work and Microsoft office skill/ Làm vic c lc, làm vic nhóm và k nng vi tính vn phòng
- Good communication is in advantage/ Giao tip tt là mt li th.

- Working fulltime: mon to fri
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00
- Allowance: 200,000 vnd/day
