As we continue to scale our independent operations, we are looking for a proactive, sharp, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance tribe. Key Responsibilities

As our Accountant, you will be the backbone of our Accounts Payable (AP) and financial operations, ensuring our processes run like clockwork.

Your day-to-day impact will focus on:

• Championing the AP Cycle: Take ownership of processing AP invoices and preparing payment requests, ensuring absolute timeliness and accuracy.

• Workflow Coordination: Act as a key bridge between the Finance, Admin, and Procurement teams to seamlessly collect, verify, and maintain all supporting documentation for office expenses and procurement activities.

• Operational Control: Drive the end-to-end Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) workflows, ensuring all payment documentation is complete, compliant, and ready for execution.

• Closing & Compliance Support: Partner with the team on month-end closing procedures, AP reconciliations, and the smooth management of input/output VAT invoices.

• Audit Readiness & Documentation: Manage physical and digital accounting files, support the preparation of Work Completion Documents, and assist with both internal and external audits under the guidance of the Chief Accountant.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a team player who is detail-oriented, structured, and possesses excellent communication skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Working Experience: At least 2 years of solid accounting experience, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP) or Tax Accounting.

• Local Expertise: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations.

• Tools: Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using modern accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Language: Professional working proficiency in English (you will be working in an international tech-driven environment).
