Job Description

The Role

This position directly supports the Global Head of GWA in building a unified Operating System for the Group. You will play a key role in consolidating asset management, technical infrastructure, and coordinating with the regional HR/Admin network. The core objective is to establish data transparency, optimize resources, and ensure all local offices operate seamlessly under Group standards.

This is a hands-on execution and partnership role. You will be responsible for the heavy lifting and direct execution, working closely with the Global Head on a daily basis. While this is not a people-management position, it requires high autonomy to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive projects to their final results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Asset & Facility Management

  • Data Consolidation: Support the creation and maintenance of a centralized asset tracking system for the Group. Ensure accurate data on quantity, condition, and lifecycle of all equipment (IT devices, furniture) and technical infrastructure across all offices.
  • Demand & Supply Strategy: Assist in establishing a forecasting model for equipment needs based on global headcount plans. Ensure precise asset allocation to prevent operational downtime while eliminating unnecessary inventory waste.
  • Standardization: Collaborate with the Global Head to implement unified hardware and facility technical standards across all international locations.
  • Cost Tracking: Support the monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX for infrastructure. Consolidate periodic asset utilization reports for review by the Global Head and Leadership.

2. Regional Admin Coordination

  • Central Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between GWA and regional HR/Admin Managers (VN, TH, IN, RO, etc.). Support regional teams in strictly adhering to Group policies and procedures.
  • Operational Alignment: Monitor and ensure local office compliance with Group policies, SOPs, and operational standards. Proactively identify discrepancies and coordinate with the Global Head for resolution.
  • Data Governance: Manage the monthly reporting cycle from all regions. Collect, reconcile, and clean data before Group consolidation—ensuring all figures reflect reality rather than estimates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks at the local level and propose standardized solutions to the Global Head for cross-regional scaling.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4–6 years in Operations, Administration, Facility Management, Supply Chain, or related fields. Experience in Inventory Accounting, Warehouse Management, or Demand & Supply Planning is highly preferred (roles requiring high data precision).
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and build processes from scratch. Prior experience with asset tracking systems or professional inventory management software is a plus.
  • Data Perfectionist: This is a core requirement. You must be someone who is bothered by mismatched data, has a habit of double-checking before concluding, and does not accept close enough in critical reports.
  • Multi-regional Coordination: Experience working across multiple locations or with partners in different countries. Ability to maintain information consistency when data originates from diverse sources.
  • Optimization Mindset: Naturally inclined to find leaner ways of working and reduce waste—whether in asset procurement or reporting workflows.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (4skills). A significant portion of regional coordination will be conducted in English.
Growth Path

This is a foundational role in the setup phase of GWA. After 6–12 months of practical execution across both pillars, GWA will conduct a formal review to define your specialized career path based on your strengths and aspirations:

  • Track 1 – Asset & Facility: Specialize in supply chain, infrastructure management, and asset optimization on a global scale.
  • Track 2 – Regional Administration: Specialize in regional operational governance, process standardization, and admin network expansion during growth phases.

GWA will hire additional personnel for the remaining track—you will become the Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your chosen field, ensuring your role evolves with the department.
