Our client is a FDI logistics company, now looking for Sales Logistics Supervisor in HCMC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to expand business opportunities and oversee key accounts for domestic trucking and warehousing services
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to meet both individual and overall targets
- Track sales results, pipeline progress, and conversion effectiveness
- Conduct coaching and training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market strategies
- Identify potential clients and secure new business in manufacturing, trading, and logistics sectors
- Promote inland transportation services (FCL, LTL, container trucking)
- Design tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major clients
- Ensure service excellence by working closely with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to develop competitive pricing
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms with customers
- Monitor sales revenue, costs, and profitability
- Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements
- Develop sales strategies, plans, and forecasts
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer insights
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in logistics sales, especially inland trucking
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader position
- Solid knowledge of domestic transportation networks and warehouse operations
- Strong negotiation and key account management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals
- Good command of English
