IV. Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Setup & Administration:
- Setup of new office locations, coordinating the procurement of office furniture, equipment, and supplies to ensure a fully operational work environment.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of office administration, ensuring the smooth running of office logistics, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Establish and enforce office safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.
- Manage the office budget, tracking expenses related to office setup and ongoing operations, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on costs and efficiencies.
2. Build HR Foundations for New Businesses
- Design and implement end-to-end HR structures for new entities, ensuring they align with the organization's vision and goals.
- Develop and roll out HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that can scale as the organization grows.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor local HR teams to operate effectively in a high-performance culture.
- Act as a key driver of culture-building initiatives, fostering engagement and alignment across diverse teams.
3. Cross-Country Leadership & Scalability
- Serve as the go-to expert for resolving cross-border HR challenges, including work permits, visas, labor compliance, and expatriate support.
- Establish a global playbook for HR operations, combining startup agility with scalable corporate practices.
4. Strategic HR Execution
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to design workforce strategies that support rapid growth and expansion.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development to ensure the business is future-ready.
- Build a high-performing, globally aligned HR organization that drives innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
V. Requirements:
- With over 5 years of professional HR leadership experience, I have a proven track record in building and developing teams for new businesses or fast-growing startups in the technology, e-commerce, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) sectors.
- Expertise in developing HR systems, policies, and teams from scratch, with a focus on scalability and adaptability.
- Deep understanding of labor law and administrative compliance, combined with experience managing cross-border HR operations.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across countries to support new business setups and operational needs.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and inspiring across all levels of the organization.
- Action-oriented mindset a hands-on executor who thrives in planning and implementation.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in other language is a strong plus.
