IV. Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct research on labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
across different countries
- Analyze cost of living, salary benchmarks, and market trends to support business decisions
- Perform feasibility studies for new market entry and startup business initiatives
- Consolidate findings into clear, actionable reports
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key HR and business metrics
- Analyze large datasets using Excel, Power Query, and Google Sheets
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Automate reporting processes where possible
3. Business & Administrative Support
- Assist in administrative tasks related to business operations and expansion
- Support documentation, contracts, and internal coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
4. Collaborate across teams using digital tools and platforms
- Design professional presentations and reports using Canva
- Maintain organized documentation using Google Docs and shared systems
V. Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations
- Strong analytical and research skills, especially in legal and market data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Power Query) and Google Sheets
- Experience building dashboards and working with data visualization
- Familiarity with international labor laws and compliance is a plus
- Experience supporting startup or expansion projects is highly preferred
