Job Description

1. Background & Position Appeal

We do not have the abundant funds or resources of a massive corporation. However, that is exactly why your individual discretion and creative freedom are limitless.

This is not just a standard online shop operator role. Starting with maximizing sales on our own and our clients online platforms, you will drive the business forward by creating advertising creatives and ultimately achieving our final goal: providing cutting-edge marketing services leveraging KOCs/KOLs.

We are looking for someone with the ambition and challenging spirit to expand the business through their own ideas and actions, completely unbound by existing frameworks or the availability of resources!

2. Key Responsibilities

■ B2B New Business Development & Account Management

  • Approaching and pitching to new clients who run online shops or are considering entering the E-commerce space.
  • Identifying the clients online sales challenges and proposing/executing solutions (marketing campaigns).

■ E-commerce Platform Operations & Sales Maximization (Data-Driven PDCA)

  • Managing store operations on platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop (optimizing product information, pricing, and inventory).

  • Online Ad Management & Tracking: Tracking the entire customer journey from ad click to actual purchase, continuously monitoring key metrics like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to the very end.
  • Autonomous PDCA Execution: Don't just report the results. Proactively formulate the next move based on data, propose it to management, and execute it immediately.

■ Creative Production (Ads & Promotion)

  • Creating highly engaging promotional photos and short videos using Canva and CapCut to dramatically boost online sales.
  • Planning content optimized for the algorithms of various SNS and E-commerce platforms.

■ [Final Mission] KOC / KOL Marketing Services

  • Selecting and casting the most suitable KOCs/KOLs to elevate our brand and our clients brands.
  • Providing an end-to-end service—from planning to direction and performance measurement—for effective PR campaigns leveraging influencer impact.

3. Requirements
  • Age: 25 – 32 years old (Estimated)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in E-commerce operations (Shopee, TikTok, etc.), digital marketing, or B2B corporate sales. Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Must-have Skills:
  • Basic image and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Smooth negotiation and proposal skills for B2B clients.
  • Basic knowledge of management tools like Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop.

4. Working Conditions & Benefits
  • Allowances: Mobile phone, meals, clothing, and travel allowances. Marriage and childbirth bonuses are also provided (subject to company regulations).
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. (Please note that shift adjustments may occur for evenings or weekends depending on TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or mega-sale schedules. However, 100% compensatory time off is guaranteed in accordance with company policy.)
  • Location: Office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
