Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Outsourcing Accountant to join our team. This individual will manage a variety of accounting tasks for our clients, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese financial regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards.
- Financial Statements: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting practices.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure all financial deliverables are submitted on schedule, adhering to clients timelines and expectations.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee tax preparation, submission, and audits, ensuring adherence to Vietnam's tax laws and regulations.
- Payroll Administration: Handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws including social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions.
- Operational Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all financial operations adhere to industry standards and best practices within Vietnam.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in an outsourcing or multinational environment
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Currently pursuing or holding relevant certifications like CPA, ACCA, CMA
