This is a full-time on-site role for a Wink Guide located in Can Tho, Vietnam. As a Wink Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and assisting guests with inquiries and local recommendations. You will also be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

• Customer Service, Guest Relations, and Hospitality skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
