Job Description:

Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
Plan and oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization, also apply other innovating practices.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
Maintain standard of health, safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc...)
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in management roles with proven track record in leadership.
Minimum 2-year experience in a Field Operations environment (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing etc.) comfortable working on the shopfloor and engaging with frontline workers.
Result-driven with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable using data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Written and verbal proficiency in English.
Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese
Experience with ecommerce warehousing and fulfillment is preferable.
Understanding of Lean Six-Sigma or other operations-focused academic experience, project management or other continuous improvement experience will be a plus
Strong leadership and advanced people management training
