Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Key Activities)

Nhim v chnh:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant before service and cleaning up after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food and drink delivery.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, or complaints professionally, or escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and resort procedures.
• Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

• Tun th cc quy trnh v v sinh an ton thc phm, quy nh ca nh hng/khu ngh dng.
• Tham gia y cc bui o to nghip v, nng cao k nng phc v.
