Visual Merchandising Supervisor (Fashion/Retail)

I. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Profession of developing the floor plans, train VM guideline to all employees in store and supervise store display.

- Following up /Tracking for staff member training system and maintain staffs knowledge about Product, Customer Service skill.

- Understanding the VM guidelines in English and translate to Vietnamese language; Ensure that the standards prescribed merchandises according to the brand image.

- Sharp with the latest fashion trends and conveys to the team.

- Cooperation with VM Team, Brand Manager, Store Manager and Store Supervisor to determine the floor layout, traffic flow and display points.

- Check inventory levels of the store to meet the floor plan standard.

- Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy.

- Able to travel between head office and branches and may need to work at night, on weekends according to assignment of VM supervisor/VM Team Leader.

- Implement Window display per season.

- Monitor all the windows installation and ensure the decorated according to the approved layout.

- Coordinating with Operation & Inventory Team to ensuring VM in store.

- Coordinating closely with MKT Team to build up Brand recognition and strengthen Brand Image.

- Translate & training, sharing all trendy or products knowledge from principal file to all team staffs with OE/OM

- Working directly to principal for the stores layout strategy proposal.

- Managing SOH of VM props.

- Order VM props by quarter.

- Report to Brand & Principal.

4. Financial:

- Contribute to the revenue-generating/cost-controlling activities of the team.

- Know the teams revenue/budget performance in an ongoing basis.

- Fully be aware of saving the resources of the company including manpower, tangible and intangible assets and overhead resources of the company.

5. Operational:

- Follow companys processes, procedures, and policies (PPPs).

- Be proactive and resolve issues or escalate those being over-authorized to respective superior.

- Maintain the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by keeping a watchful eye on the office, ensure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.

III. REQUIREMENTS

- University/College degree in Fashion or related field.

- Have passion for the luxury retail business.

- Good English skill.

- 1- 3 years experience in Fashion.

- Good skill of MS Office( Word, Excel and Power Point).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Planner and thinker with a bias for action/execution.

- Analytical and lateral thinking abilities.

- Should have the personality to stand-up to take responsibilities.
