Pop Joy, a fast-growing retail brand specializing in collectible designer toys and creative lifestyle experiences, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Vietnam market expansion

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for building a team for the local market, including operations and all store-related business, as well as coordinating and overseeing store location selection, renovation, and opening.
2. Formulate and assign sales targets for the managed region, accountable for operating costs, mall discounts, profits, and achieving sales goals; oversee regional store operations to enhance quality and efficiency, empowering stores to increase productivity.
3. Conduct operational data analysis and management to identify growth opportunities, address operational data issues, and provide solutions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing department to plan market strategies and conduct marketing activities for the managed region.
5. Manage daily operations of the regional department, including employee management,guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree, no specific major required.
2. Background in the retail industry (Trendy toy experience is preferred) with over 5 years of experience managing large-scale chain stores.
3. Preference for candidates with brand-side operational management experience, and a track record of managing annual sales exceeding USD 10 million is a plus.
4. Extensive practical operational experience, systematic business thinking, and strong execution capabilities.
5. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, along with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
6. Strong team management, risk management, and talent development skills.
7. Proficient in Vietnamese, fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese will be a plus.
