About the role
We're looking for a Videographer/Editor to join our in-house production team [CRAFT], within an agency environment. You will be hands-on from shoot to edit, helping turn ideas into well-crafted visual stories. The role also encourages a hybrid approach, with opportunities to support photography and other production needs when needed.
This role is ideal for a junior-level talent eager to work in a hybrid creative workflow, who enjoys hands-on crafting with AI tools
You have:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with professional video shooting equipment and a solid understanding of equipment care and maintenance.
- A good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic–intermediate), and tools such as CapCut.
- A strong visual sense, with sensitivity to composition, framing, rhythm, movement, sound, and color.
- Good understanding of copyright and usage rights for music and visual assets.
- Ability to communicate in English
You're good at:
1. Videography & Visual Storytelling (Core Focus)
- Shooting high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, ads, corporate films, and events.
- Confidently handling camera setups, lighting basics, and on-location shooting.
- Translating creative ideas into engaging visuals with a clear storytelling approach.
- Maintaining consistent visual quality aligned with brand and creative direction.
2. Editing & Post-production
- Editing video content efficiently while maintaining strong pacing, storytelling flow, and visual coherence.
- Applying basic motion graphics and visual effects when needed.
- Collaborating with creative teams to refine edits based on feedback.
- Preparing final outputs in the correct formats for different platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
3. Photography (Secondary Skill)
- Supporting projects with photography when needed
- Ensuring photo outputs align with brand tone and creative intent.
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Working closely with creative, account, and production teams to deliver content that supports campaigns, communications, workshops, and events.
- Managing production timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Being proactive and solution-oriented when facing tight deadlines or unexpected changes.
You're extra awesome at:
- Keeping up with creative and content trends across platforms and formats.
- Researching and applying new shooting, editing, and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Actively contributing ideas and creative solutions during ideation and pre-production stages.
