Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Architecture: Develop and execute comprehensive content frameworks, narrative arcs, and video formats tailored for both S-Class (Top Tier) and A-Class (Incubation) creators. Ensure all content seamlessly blends entertainment with commercial intent (e-commerce conversion).
  • Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of Content Creator Executives. Optimize the production pipeline from ideation and scripting to post-production, ensuring high-quality output at scale.
  • Algorithm Mastery & Trend Forecasting: Continuously analyze TikTok/Reels algorithms, viral trends, trending audio, and hashtag ecosystems. Translate these insights into actionable briefs to keep THN's creators at the forefront of digital culture.
  • Creator Brand Development: Work closely with Top Creators and Project Leads to refine creator personas. Provide constructive, data-backed feedback on their on-camera performance, delivery style, and content engagement metrics.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor video performance metrics (Views, Watch Time, Engagement Rate, Click-through Rate to Livestreams). Conduct A/B testing on hooks, thumbnails, and Call-to-Actions (CTAs) to maximize commercial conversion.

Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film Production, or a related creative field.
  • Professional Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Content Creation, Creative Direction, or Digital Media Production. Must have at least 1-2 years of direct leadership experience managing creative teams.
  • Industry Acumen: Deep, empirical understanding of short-form video algorithms, TikTok Shop mechanics, and the psychology of Shoppertainment. A proven portfolio of viral or high-converting commercial campaigns is mandatory.
  • Core Competencies: Elite storytelling and scriptwriting abilities. Strong proficiency in guiding video editing pacing (CapCut, Premiere Pro). Exceptional ability to pitch creative concepts to both creators and brand partners.
  • Work Style: A proactive, visionary leader who thrives in a hyper-fast-paced environment. Capable of balancing high-level creative strategy with granular operational execution.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
