We're hiring a skilled, AI-fluent Motion Designer & Video Editor who's built for volume. You'll use AI video and motion tools as a genuine part of your process - not occasionally, not experimentally, but every single day. You'll also be comfortable handling a high output of briefs without the quality slipping.

What You'll Do

You'll own motion from concept to export - brand videos, reels, VSLs, YouTube content, animated graphics, and everything in between. Some days that's a full brand launch video. Some days it's multiple 15-second reels that need to land by end of day.

• Motion & animation: create high-quality motion graphics and animations that bring brands to life - this is your primary craft, and it shows in your work.
• Video editing: cut, pace, and polish video content across formats - brand films, VSLs, YouTube, short-form social - with a sharp eye for storytelling and timing.
• Sound & Feel: Understand how music, sound design, and audio mixing contribute to impact.
• AI-First Workflow: You don't just know about AI tools - you work in them. You use AI video and motion tools to generate starting points, explore directions, and move faster without cutting corners. This is a non-negotiable part of how we work.
• Handle Volume Without Blinking: Multiple briefs, multiple clients, multiple deadlines - that's your normal. You don't slow down when it gets busy.
• Self-Directed QC: You notice something's off and you fix it - even if nobody asked you to. Work doesn't leave your hands unless it's ready.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2 years experience: Agency background preferred. You know how to move fast across multiple briefs without the quality slipping.
• A strong portfolio: Motion graphics, animation, and video work that's varied, polished, and built for real clients. Bonus points if you can show AI-assisted work.
• Genuine AI fluency: You use Runway, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, Elevenlabs (to name a few) or similar tools as part of your actual workflow - not just to say you've tried them.
• Tool Fluency: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro are your home base. You move between them without friction.
• Obsessive Fundamentals: Timing, pacing, composition, typography in motion - you apply these consistently even when moving fast. AI generates the starting point. Your craft takes it the rest of the way.
• Volume Mindset: You've worked in environments where output matters. You know how to maintain quality across a high number of deliverables and you don't burn out or cut corners under pressure.
• Autonomy: You manage your own workload, hit your deadlines, and flag blockers early - not after the fact.
• Clear Communication: Strong English to interpret briefs quickly and collaborate in a remote team.
• Availability: Online and focused during 9–5 GMT/BST.

• Reliable laptop or desktop capable of running design software smoothly & rendering without lag
