JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.1. Video Editing & Storytelling (80%)- Responsible for post-production, editing, and finalizing short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital media platforms.
- Independently execute a variety of editing styles, ranging from professional and polished content for expert-led educational videos, product reviews, and knowledge-sharing content.
- Develop and optimize storytelling through visuals, sound design, and editing pace to effectively communicate brand messages.
- Optimize the first 3 seconds (Hook) to capture audience attention, improve retention rates, and increase video completion rates.
- Perform video editing tasks including cutting, trimming, color grading in line with brand guidelines, subtitle design, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects.
- Produce various types of content including product advertisements, TikTok Shop and Shopee sales videos, product reviews, viral content, trend-based videos, brand introduction videos, and UGC (User-Generated Content).
1.2. Videography & Photography (10%)- Support filming activities in studios and outdoor shooting locations.
- Set up lighting, composition, and camera angles for products and talents.
- Capture photos and videos using smartphones or basic camera equipment for content production.
- Propose creative visual solutions to enhance content quality.
1.3. AI-Powered Content Production (10%)- Utilize AI tools to improve production efficiency and video quality, including AI Script Writing, AI Voice-over, AI Subtitle Generation, AI Image Generation, and AI Video Generation.
- Build and optimize AI-assisted production workflows from concept development → scriptwriting → visual creation → voice generation → post-production.
- Continuously research and adopt new AI technologies to enhance content creation processes.
1.4. Collaboration & Content Development- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Media teams to execute communication and marketing campaigns.
- Proactively propose new content ideas based on market trends and audience behavior.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College or University degree or higher.
- Preferably with 2+ years of experience in a Video Editor or similar position.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in short-form video editing.
- Proven experience producing content for TikTok, Facebook Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, FMCG, or E-commerce industries are highly preferred.
- Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
- Strong ability to work independently and effectively manage personal deadlines and workloads.
- Experience utilizing AI tools in content production is a significant advantage.
- Passionate about learning, staying updated with industry trends, and adopting new technologies.
- Able to work under pressure and manage fast-paced content production schedules for digital platforms.
