Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Real Estate Content (Remote, Vietnam)
We're a Singapore real estate marketing agency. You'll be creating static ad creatives and editing video content for property listings, new launches, agent branding, and developer campaigns targeting Singapore buyers. Strong in both design and video is a must.
WFH with strict expectations. Core hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (SGT Time), Mon–Fri. Online presence is tracked. Responsiveness and proactive communication are non-negotiable. 3-month probation applies. (sometimes, have to complete your work if its urgent cases) Online presence is tracked. You are expected to be reachable, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire working day.
Salary Starting From $300-400 (SGD) Only apply if you're comfortable in all terms.
What you'll do:
- Design static ad creatives and social content for Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Produce agent branding materials, launch banners, and promotional graphics
- Edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit long-form property tours, agent profiles, and developer videos
- Cut raw footage into paid ad creatives, add subtitles, captions, music, and transitions
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years in both graphic design and video editing — must be competent in both
- Proficient in Photoshop OR Illustrator
- Video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve — tool doesn't matter, output does
- Understands what makes a property ad stop the scroll and keep someone watching
- Strong English — you must be able to read, understand, and action briefs written in English independently
- Fast. This is a high-volume, fast-moving environment. If you need three days to turn around a single reel, this isn't the right fit.
- Revises without ego and communicates proactively when timelines are tight
