Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years of experience in designing user experiences and user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This role will play a key part in shaping product direction, improving user journeys, and ensuring high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
- Conduct user research, analyze insights, and create user personas, user journeys, and customer journey maps.
- Collaborate with PM, BA, and PO teams to understand product requirements and business goals.
- Create wireframes, flowcharts, and interactive prototypes (low-fi & high-fi) for various digital platforms.
- Develop UI designs following brand guidelines and design systems, including layout, colors, typography, and components.
- Improve UX through data analysis, A/B testing, and user feedback.
- Ensure design consistency and alignment with modern UX/UI standards.
- Mentor and review the work of junior/mid-level designers (if applicable).
- Work closely with the development team to hand off designs and ensure accurate implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
- Proficient in design tools: Figma (required), Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
