Position:Product Designer (Junior+)
Onboarding after Tet Holiday
We are looking for ahands-on Product Designer (UX/UI)who will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to design intuitive, user-centered digital products.
Job Responsibilities
- ConductIAandUI/UX designto enhance existing products.
- DevelopIA, UX processes, and UI design fornew productsfrom concept to delivery.
- Perform researchandcreatequickprototypesto validate ideas and improve product experience.
- Work closely with Business team members to identify issues and gain insights.
- Plan and conduct interviews with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and product usage.
- Collaborate with PdM to build research plans based on product needs and business context.
Requirements
- Minimum3+ years of experienceinproduct design
- Proven experiencein IA and UX design fordigital products.
- Hands-on experience ininteraction design, including UI animation/micro-interactions.
- Understanding of system architecture, especially front-end technologies.
- Solid knowledge of UX research methodologies.
- Experience planning or conducting user interviews, usability testing, or surveys.
- Englishcommunication skills.
