Key Responsibilities:
- Turn complex, compliance-driven requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions that fit naturally into the broader FinQuery platform.
- Own the end-to-end design process (from research and information architecture to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished, production-ready visual designs).
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, internal Subject Matter Experts, and fellow designers to deliver thoughtful, customer-driven solutions.
- Clearly explain design decisions to stakeholders, using customer insights, industry knowledge, and data to build alignment and advocate for the user.
- Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research to deeply understand industry-specific needs and validate ideas through ongoing, iterative testing.
- Explore big ideas and bold concepts early, then narrow in on the most practical, high-impact solutions.
- Use and contribute to our global design system, ensuring new components and screens meet established visual, functional, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with the rest of the design team to help shape our long-term platform vision, design systems, and design operations.
- Mentor and support other designers through feedback and coaching, helping raise the quality and impact of the team's work.
- Champion strong design practices, accessibility, and inclusive design across the company.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of product design experience.
- Good English communication skills (able to communicate in work environment).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating high-quality visual explorations, articulation of design rationale, attention to detail, clear problem-solving abilities, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Figma, specifically using components, variables, and auto-layout to build scalable and organized design files.
- Experience with interactive prototyping and user testing platforms (such as Maze, UserTesting.com, or similar).
- Experience integrating AI tools into your daily design and research workflows.
- A natural curiosity: you're someone who asks; why; until you truly understand the problem.
Other information:
- Working model: Hybrid (1- 2 days/week at the office)
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Client's office location: Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC or Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- SHUI contributions are based on the Full gross salary (from the 1st onboarding date)
- Duration: 6 months at 1st contract (no probation, contract renewal based on the project)
- Expected onboarding date: ASAP (preferred)
