UX Strategist

We are looking for UX strategy to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:

- Research users problems, needs, behaviors and contexts

- Analyze PO requests/ideas and business theme

- Offer solutions from overall approach: Business trade-off, user personas, journey maps, process flows, wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes

- Work closely with UI Designers and UX Writers in finalizing wireframes, mockups, prototypes or interaction diagrams

- Offer and monitor UX success metrics

Requirements and skills:

- At least 3 years of related experience of UX design, strategist, analyst or service design;

- Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture and data;

- Fluency in Vietnamese and English;

- Highly detail-oriented and analytical about what makes things better;

- Candidate with UXD/BA/PO/UXW background is a plus
