Own end-to-end linehaul cost performance by defining, tracking, and improving key metrics such as cost per order, truck utilization, empty miles, etc.
Drive cost discipline through structured analysis (e.g., planning effectiveness, variance tracking, and identification of cost leakages across routes and vendors).
Build and maintain centralized dashboards that provide clear visibility on cost, routing efficiency, and vendor performance, ensuring a single source of truth.
Standardize reporting frameworks and enable regular performance reviews with actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize network design, routing logic, and transport planning to improve efficiency while balancing cost and SLA requirements.
Improve asset utilization through better truck type allocation, co-loading strategies, and route consolidation opportunities.
Evaluate vendor performance across cost, reliability, and capacity, and optimize vendor allocation to improve overall network efficiency.
Develop and implement capacity planning and cap management frameworks to ensure predictable and cost-efficient operations.
Identify and lead strategic cost optimization initiatives, build clear business cases, and drive end-to-end implementation with measurable impact.
Research and apply industry best practices in network design, load optimization, and transportation cost management.
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with Operations, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to align data insights with execution and influence key decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain and other business major preferred
More than 6 years of holding the same position in logistics or transport industry
Possess advanced Excel skills, with experience in SQL or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions
Have experience working with 3PLs or trucking vendors, with exposure to high-volume or e-commerce logistics environments as a plus
Be able to manage tasks and follow strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English
Exhibit strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights
