Job Description:

Track, consolidate, and analyze Transportation P&L on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Monitor cost variances (linehaul, lastmile, fuel, surcharges, partner fees) and provide clear explanations.
Work closely with Operations to identify costsaving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports for manager (cost per order, route productivity, cost trends).
Support budget planning and cost forecasting for the Transportation domain.
Recommend initiatives to optimize pricing, routing, capacity planning, and overall margin.
In charge to working with internal team (e.g Fins Ops, FP&A, Proc.,...)
Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, FP&A, or P&L management experience in logistics/ecommerce/transportation is a strong advantage.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau) is a big plus.
Solid understanding of basic P&L structure, cost allocation, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into insights.
Good communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with Ops/Finance/Procurement teams.
Selfdriven, organized, and comfortable working under time pressure.
Strong awareness of logistics market trends and the ability to benchmark internal performance against industry standards is a plus.
