Responsible for team planning according to the SPX network and ADO, and for ensuring the plan's efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Develop a simulation model for scenario planning, KPI improvement (SLA, cost, capacity utilization, service quality).
Support and/or lead small to medium projects related to performance monitoring, operation optimization, and reporting automation.
Partner with internal teams (Operations, OPEX, Finance, Product) and external stakeholders (carriers, vendors) to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making.
Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
Good communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in logistics/transportation performance monitoring/planning is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Selfdriven, organized, and comfortable working under time pressure.
Willing and able to travel and perform onsite assignments.
