The ideal candidate will be responsible foridentifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. A background in marketing is a strong advantage, as it supports lead generation and brand positioning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Marketing experience or knowledge is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
