Job Description:
Program Communication:
- Plan and execute program comms for key content initiatives (e.g., Shopee Debut, Category Push) to drive awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with related stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across surfaces.
Traffic Growth & Visibility:
- Manage and optimize Live&Video entry points to maximize user reach.
- Allocate & oversee in-app and out-app traffic levers (social media, onsite visibility, in-content visibility), evaluate their impact, and propose optimization plans.
Performance Tracking & Insight:
- Track traffic performance metrics (A1, Eff A1, CTR) and generate insights for improvement
- Partner with Product and BI to propose new feature enhancements & conduct A/B testing on entry point design to maximize Live&Video traffic.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant industries
- Passionate about E-commerce, Content business (Livestream & Video) & program communications.
- Strong data analysis and project management skills
- Good communications in both English and Vietnamese
- Motivated to deliver high quality of work with can-do attitude
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Background experience in E-commerce / Content-related or Communication Planning is highly referred
