The Promotion Team is responsible for creating promotions requested by Marketing/Business Development, ensuring they are released according to the plan of departments & the scheme alignment.
Job Description
- Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotion programs:
- Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, free shipping voucher, and other types of vouchers
- Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals, and other types of pricetags
- Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process;
- Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing;
- Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements;
- Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly;
- Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process;
- Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience;
- Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange;
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts;
- Nimble, careful, and enjoy working on details;
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed;
- Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel;
- Command of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving;
- Have a service mindset.
