Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand KPIs (sales, distribution, visibility, inventory, forecast accuracy, A&P, EBIT).
  • Manage marketing budgets, brand plans, and client/principal relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales performance; prepare business reviews and reports.
  • Lead sales forecasts, distribution planning, promotion planning, and product launch activities.
  • Ensure A&P spending control, reimbursement, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with Sales on trading terms and pricing strategy; conduct product/market assessments.
  • Work with SCM on monthly forecasting, PO issuance, stock monitoring, shelf-life control, and warehouse checks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong marketing, sales, and FMCG brand management knowledge
  • Good English communication
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and competitive analysis skills
