At the moment, we're looking for Senior Trade Marketing Manager as:

Job Purpose

Responsible for leading trade strategy, channel development, and trade activation to maximize distribution, visibility, and sell-out performance across all channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and execute marketing strategy and plans based on HCP (Healthcare professional), consumer and customer insights to have full ownership of the brand.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies tailored to each channel (ETC/Hospital, GT, MT, Private Clinics, Pharmacies).
  • Segment channels and define each channel's role in driving commercial growth.
  • Build channel strategies that optimize distribution, sell-in, sell-out, and market coverage. Develop and get approval for commercial policy, partnership program, discount structure, trade promotions, plan and manage visibility initiatives and POSM deployment tailored to channel needs.
  • Co-develop annual Joint Business Plans with KAM team for pharmacy chains
  • Align trade priorities with sales targets and commercial objectives.
  • Provide input on sales forecasts and manage price gap between channels
  • Track channel health metrics: inventory levels, availability, stock rotation, expiry risk, channel price gap
  • Closely collaborate with sales, regulatory, finance, supply, market access, global colleagues for 360 view of all functions influencing brand performance.
  • Budget Management:

Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Monitor sales forecasts and financial performance, providing regular updates on budget variances.

  • Performance Tracking:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Conduct post-campaign analysis and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

  • Compliance:

Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Stay informed about industry guidelines and regulatory changes related to vaccine marketing.

  • Continuous competition and market trend analysis.
  • Team management: Build-up and develop the team, organize, and assign tasks, manage the team performance; have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation; cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested.
  • Regular monthly field visits, training, and other support for field team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or advanced Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharma with minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare brand management experience, pharma experience is preferable.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record of successful trade marketing campaigns.
  • Leads a fast-paced function to drive the business forward.
  • Strong business acumen and judgment. Able to assess trends from data in a convincing and direct way for better decisions.
  • Sees the big picture and understands how things connect. Operates at both strategic and tactical levels and appreciates that sorting the details is a requirement.
  • Excellent writing skills can package ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Thrives at relationship building with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to lead, coach and influence across a spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Natural rapport-builder with exceptional collaboration, coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Operationally strong, high capacity to execute.
