- Reporting to: Vice President
- Subordinate: 1 Trade Marketing Senior Specialist
- Working Location: Viettel Tower, Ho Chi Minh City
Job purposes:
Be the key connect of category for GT channel, own trade promotion & channel strategy. You are primarily responsible for implementing and reviewing Trade Strategies and plans to drive category winning at POP based on shopper insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trade programs to optimize reach and coverage within the channel.
- Lead execution of monthly trade promotion plans for Nationwide, based on agreed process, volume and trade investment targets, trade guidelines, trade promotion strategy, and brand operating plans.
- Plan and execute new launch (concept sales, planning, deployment, and execution)
- Evaluate plans that provide actionable tactics for improvement.
- Review the trade plans to align with the Brand/Category strategy. Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with Marketing and Sales.
- Analyze sales performance and evaluate the efficiencies of channel activities to react with market changes/ needs or competitor's threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- From 7 years of trade marketing experience for GT channels in FMCG, especially in Milk/Diapers industry with 1-2 years of experience in Manager/Assistant Manager level.
- Own strong analytical thinking, planning skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Own positive thinking, open-mindedness, and enthusiasm.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
