Key Responsibilities
1_Strategic Trade Planning
· Develop annual and quarterly Trade Marketing strategies aligned with brand and business growth objectives.
· Build tailored channel strategies for OTC, MT, and ETC to enhance brand presence, shopper experience, and commercial competitiveness.
· Optimize trade investment and budget allocation to maximize ROI and sustainable channel performance.
2_Program Development & Execution
· Design and execute national and regional trade initiatives to drive sell-in and sell-out, including promotions, trade deals, incentives, and in-store visibility programs.
· Lead end-to-end POSM planning: concept development, production, distribution and compliance monitoring.
· Ensure excellence in execution at point of sale through strong collaboration with Sales and on-ground teams.
3_Business & Channel Performance Management
· Monitor and evaluate trade programs using clear KPIs to assess effectiveness and propose continuous enhancements.
· Analyze channel performance, pricing, market dynamics and competitor activities to inform timely trade interventions.
· Safeguard channel balance by managing promotional mechanics, pricing architecture, and channel differentiation to avoid cannibalization.
4_Cross-Functional Leadership
· Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align demand forecast, inventory planning, pricing strategy and activation calendar.
· Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, distributors and strategic trade partners.
Expectations
1_Professional Background
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing experience in FMCG, Consumer, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
· Proven success in managing multi-channel (omni-channel) trade environments such as OTC, MT, GT/ETC, and e-Commerce.
· Experience working with pharmacy or healthcare channels is an advantage.
2_Core Competencies
· Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
· Demonstrated excellence in trade program design, execution and performance management.
· Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
· English proficiency (both spoken and written) is required.
· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
