JAC's client, a Foreign Real Estate Company is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Project Sales Management (30%)
- Support the execution of Sales & Marketing strategies for residential development projects in South Vietnam, including sales reporting, sales program formulation, and proposal of marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis on products and pricing to support decision making at different project stages.
- Coordinate proactively with internal departments and joint venture partners to ensure effective and timely strategy execution.
Project Marketing (70%)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance corporate and project branding.
- Coordinate with vendors to execute branding initiatives, including the planning and production of corporate and project videos.
- Support the development of award strategies and coordinate the application and submission of real estate project awards.
- Assist in planning and preparing project press releases in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to develop, review, and manage marketing communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, sales kits, and presentations.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project-related marketing events, including project launches and promotional activities.
- Leverage a network of real estate marketing vendors to propose and recommend suitable partners for each project.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate, preferably with exposure to foreign developers.
- Proven experience and strong market understanding of the South Vietnam real estate market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to work effectively across different organizational levels.
- Strong skills in planning, analysis, presentation, and organization, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Resourceful and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks; adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and expand into new areas.
