Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tour Guide role located in Phong Nha. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guests through a variety of adventure activities, providing information about the local history and ecosystem, ensuring guest safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves guiding tours through river caves, ecological walking trails, and other adventurous activities offered by Mocnam Adventure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and History knowledge
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Passion for adventure and outdoor activities
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Fluency in English
