We are seeking a highly capable AI Content Creator / AI Avatar Video Editor to help transform client's decades of medical expertise into high-end, AI-led online courses. This role is not about basic editing or social media posting; it is a specialized position focused on scaling human expertise through digital replication.
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Remote: Fully remote
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $1200-1500 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Avatar & Clone Management:
- Create and manage high-fidelity, language-specific AI clones (one specialized clone per target language)
- Ensure the technical quality of avatars, including voice modulation, lip-syncing, and authoritative delivery
- Maintain 100% consistency in tone and medical credibility across all localized versions
- Direct Response VSLs & AI UGC:
- Design and edit high-converting Video Sales Letters for our core product, utilizing AI avatars to drive trust and sales
- Develop User Generated Content style ads using AI to create authentic, relatable social proof at scale
- Produce rapid variations of hooks and CTAs for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok based on real-time performance data
- Course Production & Content Transformation:
- Convert raw books, lectures, and research into structured, AI-led course videos and premium educational modules
- Implement AI voice and video localization to ensure the educational experience feels native in every target language
- Design & Brand Support:
- Provide graphic design support for product assets, marketing collateral, and website modules
- Ensure all visual designs align with the brand's high-end, medical-authority aesthetic
Role Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in AI clone creation or similar role
- Proven, hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (Synthesia is highly preferred)
- Strong AI prompting skills across text (LLMs), voice (cloning), and video
- Experience working with long-form, knowledge-heavy content. You must be able to digest dense medical information and structure it for video
- AI UGC video and VSL experience is a big plus!
- High attention to detail and a deep respect for subject-matter accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant instruction
