How you create impact
Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth, professional communication.
- KPI Delivery: Monitor KPIs to ensure service levels meet or exceed contractual agreements.
- SOP Governance: Author, review, and update working instructions and customer SOPs
- Structured Complaint Handling: Resolve complaints using a structured approach (record, report, resolve). Translate customer feedback into corrective action plans for drivers, teams, and suppliers.
- Timely update relevant market information.
- Maintain good relationship with customers as well as subcontractors.
- Ensure delivery of performance KPIs in accordance with the defined criteria (customer KPI, internal KPI & Goal KPI)
Operational Efficiency & Financial Accuracy
- Operational Discipline: ensure all activities are conducted in strict accordance with established work instructions and financial policies. Manage, review operational policies, standards, procedures including integrating / implementing automation, technology / systems.
- Financial Integrity and Systems management.
- Process Optimization: execute and optimize daily operational activities. Identify opportunities to integrate automation and technology.
Fleet Operations:
- Support coordination across cross-border operations and key stakeholders.
- Gain exposure to fleet and driver management, including compliance and performance monitoring.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
- About 5 years of experience in cross-border transportation and have basic knowledge of transit customs clearance across multiple countries.
- Hands-on experience in fleet and driver operations is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of operational workflows, compliance and basic financial principles.
- Proven ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Basic data analysis and risk management awareness.
- Able to work under pressure with strong time management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support and guide team members, experience acting as a lead is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
