1. Main Duties:
- Update employee data on SAP/esigning for the assigned department./ Cp nht d liu NL trn SAP/esigning cho b phn.
- Check the timekeeping (attendance) records of the department on SAP/esigning./ Kim tra chm cng ca b phn trn SAP/esigning.
- Monitor annual leave for the assigned department on SAP/esigning./ Theo di php nm ca b phn trn SAP/esigning.
- Review and summarize business trip expenses for the assigned department/ Kim tra v tng hp cng tc ph
- Check welfare benefits related to employees in the assigned department (funeral, wedding, milk allowance, etc.)./ Kim tra cc ch phc li lin quan n NL b phn ph trch (ma chay, ci xin..)
- Verify allowances for the assigned department/ Kim tra cc loi ph cp cho b phn
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors/ Lm cc bo co theo yu cu ca cp trn
2. Job Requirements:
- Graduated from College/University with a degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, or Accounting/ Tt nghip Cao ng, i hc chuyn qun tr nhn lc, kinh t, k ton.
- Solid foundational knowledge of social sciences./ Kin thc x hi nn tng tt.
- Strong communication skills, with a trustworthy and honest demeanor/ Giao tip tt, tht th, trung thc.
- Proven professional expertise and practical experience in the field/ C kinh nghim v kin thc, chuyn mn.
- Ability to plan tasks effectively and manage time efficiently/ C k hoch cng vic r rng v kim sot thi gian.
3.Working Location and Working Time:
- 398A, Dong Khoi Street, Quarter 3, Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province/ S 398A, ng ng Khi, Khu Ph 3, Phng Tam Hip, Tnh ng Nai.
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
4. Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience
- Benefits:
- 13th-month salary and year-end bonus (depending on the companys performance and revenue, to be announced at year-end)/ Lng thng 13, thng cui nm (ty theo tnh hnh hot ng v doanh thu ca cng ty v s thng bo vo cui nm).
- 15 days of annual leave/ 15 ngy php/ nm.

- Public holidays, Tet holidays, and leave entitlements as stipulated by the current Vietnamese Labor Law/ Cc ngnh ngh L, Tt, Php theo quy nh ca Lut Lao ng Vit Nam hin hnh.
