RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing processes
- Validate business logic and system performance across web and mobile platforms; perform quality assurance on FE, BE, and worker applications
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test documentation
- Design test cases and execute testing using both automation and manual approaches
- Engage in SIT and UAT phases: execute tests, gather feedback, and provide relevant information
- Analyze issues and identify root causes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2+ years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and quality assurance processes.
- Solid knowledge of software testing processes and techniques: functional, smoke, regression, etc.
- Hands-on experience in API testing, WebSocket testing, UI testing, and UI/UX validation.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs is a plus.
