Job Description

About this Position The Territory Sales Engineer will own the Maintenance business across Vietnam, driving new customer acquisition, distributor penetration, and sustained revenue growth. You will identify and create opportunities across all maintenance industries, build and manage a robust CRM/ACE project pipeline through group selling activities (GSAs), distributor training (DTS), and customer training/support (CTS), and develop sales demand forecasts driven by distributor and customer needs. Key duties include training and educating customers and distributors, following up on marketing-generated leads, and coordinating/escalating challenges to cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer support.

What You´ll Do

  • Develop and grow the maintenance portfolio across Vietnam.
  • Prospect and qualify leads across all maintenance sectors.
  • Acquire new accounts and deepen relationships with existing customers and distributors.
  • Deliver training and enablement for distributor teams and end customers.
  • Populate and maintain the ACE CRM pipeline via group-selling initiatives and targeted outreach.
  • Forecast sales demand using input from distributors and customers.
  • Track marketing leads, provide timely feedback, and convert qualified opportunities.
  • Escalate service or sales obstacles to internal teams and drive cross-functional resolution.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in Sales related role.
  • Value selling is critical success factor in this position.
  • Prior experience from maintenance industries highly preferred.
  • Maintenance engineering candidates are welcomed to apply.
