Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tenancy Coordinator, located in Hanoi, Ha Long or Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. The Tenancy Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing tenants&apos design and fit-out process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Daily tasks include liaising with landlords, tenants and their designers/contractors, handling tenancy documentation, and assisting in the smooth execution of tenant design and fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenant relations and tenancy coordination
• Knowledge of lease agreements and tenancy documentation
• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Relevant qualifications in real estate management, project management, or related fields
