Temporary Accountant

Location: District 1

Working time: Mon - Fri l 8am-5pm

Salary: 25mil/month

Employment type: Contingent worker (6-month contract)

A leading apparel company is seeking ambitious candidates in Vietnam who aspire to become future business leaders. As the top company in Japan's apparel industry by sales, the organization is now aiming to become the world's number one manufacturer and retailer of apparel.

Responsibilities

Payment controller:review and verify supporting documents against the payment listing in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and prevent payment errors

Tax assistant: 

• VAT: Prepare monthly caculation for review and perform periodic VAT reconciliation to ensure completeness and compliance
• PIT, CIT: Provide accurate and timely data to the tax service provider for PIT and CIT calculations.
• FCT: Prepare monthly calculation for review.
• Monthly tax declaration filing and tax payments
• Monthly VAT E-invoice issuances

Adhoc tasks:Perform other support as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting field, preferably in global working environment.
• Experience in ERP system (SAP/Concur/Coupa).
• Good communication skills; collaborative mindset, problem solving skill
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Fluent English (Business Level). Japanese/Chinese is a plus.
